If the person or employee who is not satisfied with the decision to pay any penalty or penalty in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act and if he is not satisfied with the decision made in relation to the application made under Section 34, the person or employee who is not satisfied with the punishment shall within fifteen days of receiving such decision. An appeal can be made to a higher authority and the decision given by the authority hearing the appeal will be final.
