To increase the business capacity of the country by developing and operating multimodal transportation services, and to strengthen the country's economy by diversifying international trade, the legal system regarding multimodal transportation of goods. As it is desirable to do, the House of Representatives has made this Act in the first year after the Proclamation of the House of Representatives, 2063.
