: A person who wants to file a complaint in relation to the work done in accordance with this Act must file a complaint within six months from the following date:-
(a) Date of delivery of goods,
(b) The date on which the goods are to be delivered according to the multimodal waybill,
(c) In case of loss of goods, the date on which it is considered lost according to section 20.
