: Since it is desirable to organize the system of collection of the amount of vehicle tax due in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese law, this law has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
