Adjournment: (1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if the court orders the initiation of antitrust proceedings in relation to a company in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 10, no transaction mentioned below can be carried out without the permission of the court and if the transaction is in progress but cannot be completed, such proceedings shall automatically be suspended. Will be adjourned :-
(a) transferring, selling or changing the status of shareholders in the company,
(b) transfer, sell or in any way mortgage or pledge any property of the company,
(c) to dispose of any property of the company in accordance with any judgment or order or to dispose of the mortgaged property,
(d) the lessor takes back any property taken on lease by the company or takes any legal action in connection therewith,
(e) to pay or provide security for debts due or payable at the time the court orders the initiation of proceedings related to adultery in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 10, and
(f) transferring or withdrawing funds of the company.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a person files an application with the court showing the reason for his/her loss due to the automatic suspension of any transaction in accordance with that sub-section, if the court determines that the petitioner's conduct is reasonable and does not adversely affect the interests of the company or the company's creditors, any transaction The court can order to do so.
