The concerned association or society or person who is not satisfied with the cancellation of registration of such association or society made by the Registrar or person authorized by him/her pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 41 or with an order made by the Registrar pursuant to Section 43 or 44 may make an appeal to the Court of Appeal within thirty-five days.
