2. Definition: In these Rules, unless the subject or context otherwise
requires,
(a) “Act” means the Tourism Act, 2035 (1978).
(b) “Permit” means the mountaineering expedition permit to be given
to the mountaineering expedition team for climbing the mountain
pursuant to these Rules.
(c) “Ministry” means the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil
Aviation.
