(Relating to Rule 10)
Facilities for the Liaison Officer
The following facilities shall be provided to the liaison officer,-
(a) A daily allowance of Five Hundred Rupees,
(b) Two sleeping bags one to be used in the base camp and which could be
used in low altitude which should be of same quality or which are being
used by the members of the mountaineering expedition team and brand
new, Two woolen trousers or knickers, Four pair of woolen socks, One
pair of gloves, One pair of shoe to walk on the snow (snow boot), One
pair of trekking shoe, One pair of gaiter, One feather jacket, One wind
jacket, One wind trouser, One down pant, One sweater, Two woolen
shirts, One woolen cap, One air or rubber mattress, One rucksack, One
sun glass to be used in the snow area, One umbrella or One raincoat,
(c) One tent to be used during the period of the mountaineering expedition,
(d) Food stuff, medicine and equipments for medical treatment,
(e) Facility of porter.
