12. Disqualification: Any person who has been convicted with imprisonment for more than Six months under this Act, except in the case of Section 11, shall not be eligible to serve, or to obtain a contract, license of, Government
of Nepal or a corporate body owned by Government of Nepal prior to the expiry of Five years of the serving of punishment by such a person.
