24. Repeal: Black-marketing Act, 2008 (1951), Control of Black Marketing and Smuggling of Cotton Thread and Cloths Manufactured in the Mills Act, 2008 (1951), Nepal Prevention of Food Hoarding Act, 2009 (1952), and
Clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Local Administration Act, 2028 (1971) are, hereby, repealed.
