(Relating to Rule 12)
(1) To add three drops of that dissolved by Forty per cent in formaldehyde (formalin) water, for every Fifty (50) gram of a
sample, to milk, curd and cream.
(2) The label of the container containing a sample to which a preservative is so added has to specify that the sample contains the
preservative as mentioned above.
