Section 52
Establishment and Operation of Children's Home
(1) For the purpose of protecting children in need of special protection, the Government of Nepal, the provincial government or the local level shall establish children's homes as needed.
(2) Arrangements related to the establishment of children's homes, qualifications of directors, operating permits, renewals, classification, management, operating standards and monitoring shall be as prescribed.
