(1) Schools, every public agency and private sector and social organizations that work directly with children must create and implement child protection standards at the institutional level in order to prevent violence against children or child sexual abuse, ensure the protection of children and take immediate action on complaints.
(2) It shall be the responsibility of the head of the school, every public body and the head of the private sector and social organization to implement the child protection standards created in accordance with sub-section (1).
