Section 61
Child Welfare Officer
(1) There will be one child welfare officer at the local level to respect, protect and promote the rights of children and to carry out child protection work.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the appointment, work duties and rights and conditions of service of the child welfare officer shall be as prescribed.
