Section 15

After such acquisition, the rights and rights of the respective landowners in that land shall be automatically terminated. But–
(a) If a land owner in one or more areas has more than the maximum amount of land that he is allowed to keep according to section 7, he has submitted the land that he wants to keep while submitting the fantwari according to section 13, then the land within the maximum limit specified in section 7 that he has chosen in that fantwari will not be received.
(A1) If the land is encroached on more than the maximum limit, the land that is entitled to the encroachment will be divided and the rest of the land will come under the ownership of the Government of Nepal.
(A2) According to Clause (A1), if it is proven from other things that the right of Mohi was not occupied voluntarily by Sojagga Mohi, such land shall be cut off according to Mohi and retained in the name of the Government of Nepal.
(b) Until the land so acquired is transferred to the person entitled to sale and distribution in accordance with paragraph 6, the former land owner shall be entitled to enjoy the custom of paying the property to the Government of Nepal as per the previous land.
