: To speed up the economic development of the country by taking away the burden of idle capital and population from the land and putting it in other areas of the economy, and by making the necessary knowledge and tools related to agriculture accessible to the equitable distribution of arable land, to improve the living standards of real farmers who depend on the land, and to maximize agricultural production. As it is desirable to maintain the convenience and financial interests of all ordinary people by providing incentives for growth, this Act has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
