Section 55
Appeal
(1) After the commencement of this section, unless otherwise stated in this Act, the decision made by the District Court or the designated officer, committee or organization under this Act shall be appealed to the High Court within thirty-five days.
(2) Before there is provision for appeal under sub-section (1), if there is an appeal proceeding before any court or officer in accordance with the law in force immediately, nothing written in that sub-section shall affect it.
