(1) When proceeding and settling any case under this Act, the village or municipality, committee, court or official authorized under this Act shall adopt the authority and working system according to Special Courts Act, 2059. (2) The case related to offenses punishable under Section 6, Section 9, Section 11, Section 18, Section 24, Section 51 and Section 59 of this Act shall be considered as the plaintiff by the Government of Nepal.
(3) If any village or municipality, town, court, committee or officer required to be appointed under this Act has not been appointed, if the time limit for filing a complaint, complaint or appeal has passed, after such village or municipality, town, court, committee or officer has been appointed, on that date 35 It will be considered that his limit will remain until the day.
