(1) The Chairman shall be a full-time officer working in the Commission.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the chairman shall be as follows –
(a) Conducting the work of the Commission in a coordinated manner,
(b) To perform other duties related to the Commission in the capacity of Chairman,
(c) To do the work prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
