(1) If there is an urgent need to do something other than when the session of the Provincial Assembly is in progress, the Provincial Head may issue an ordinance on the recommendation of the Provincial Council of Ministers.
(2) The ordinance issued in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be valid as an Act. But every such ordinance,–
(a) shall be submitted to the sitting of the Provincial Assembly after issuance and shall automatically become inactive if not accepted by the Provincial Assembly,
(b) may be revoked at any time by the Head of State, and
(c) If it is not deactivated or revoked according to clause (a) or (b), it shall automatically be deactivated sixty days after the sitting of the Provincial Assembly.
