Article 288
Capital
: (1) The capital of Nepal will be in Kathmandu.
(2) The capital of the province according to this constitution shall be as decided by a two-thirds majority of the members of the respective provincial assembly.
(3) Until a decision is made in accordance with sub-section (2), the work of the province will be conducted from the location specified by the Government of Nepal.
