Rule 22
Interview Marks
The twenty five marks allotted for the interview will be awarded as follows:
(a) A maximum of five points at the rate of zero point five points per year for working as a teacher under temporary or relief grant quota of the same level for experience, but no marks will be given for working as a teacher under temporary or relief grant quota for promotion through internal competitive examination. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "Teacher under Relief Grant Quota" means a teacher appointed under Relief Grant Quota provided to schools by the Government of Nepal.
(B) - Regarding educational qualification, three marks for the first class of educational qualification and two marks for second class and one level higher than the educational qualification prescribed for service entry, two marks for first class and one mark for second class,
(c) Fifteen marks maximum for interview, but if a candidate has to be given more than 70 percent and less than 35 percent while giving interview marks, the clear reason for giving such number should be disclosed.
