Section 51G
Not to be used for other uses
(1) According to this Act, land classified for one purpose may not be used for another purpose without the approval of the Government of Nepal based on the technical report given by the designated committee and the recommendation of the Land Use Council.
(2) For the purpose of giving a technical report according to sub-section (1), a committee consisting of soil experts, legal experts, geologist, agronomists, land use planners, environmentalists, urban planners, forest experts, sociologists and surveyors will be formed.
