Section 50
Determining the amount of other loans
If a farmer submits an application to the designated committee or officer to determine the amount of any loan other than the agricultural loan taken from the creditor, the designated committee or officer may determine the amount of such loan from the related creditor by giving a reasonable deadline and determine the amount of such loan according to section 45. He can give an order so that it can be submitted in installments.
