(1) There shall be a Tribal Tribes Commission in Nepal consisting of a Chairman and up to four other members.
(2) The President shall appoint the chairman and members of the Tribal Commission on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council.
(3) The term of office of the chairman and members of the Tribal Commission will be six years from the date of appointment.
(4) Qualifications, vacancy conditions, remuneration and service conditions of the Chairman and members of the Tribal Commission and other arrangements related to the work, duties and rights of such commission shall be in accordance with the federal law.
