: The maximum amount of petroleum that the contractor must sell to the government of Nepal in order to meet internal demand, the amount that the government of Nepal cannot meet with its share of petroleum from the petroleum produced in Nepal, multiplied by the amount of petroleum from the contractor's portion and the amount of petroleum from all contractors producing petroleum in Nepal. It will not be more than the divided amount.
