(1) The meeting of the commission will be held as per the requirement.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be held at the place, date and time specified by the chairman.
(3) The meeting of the commission shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member selected from among themselves by the members present in the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(5) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the Commission shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting may cast the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the Commission shall be verified by the person who presides over the meeting of the Commission.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
