11. Financial aspect

11.1 Establishing a separate climate change fund for the implementation of programs such as climate adaptation and adaptation, low carbon development, risk identification, study research, technology development and utilization.

11.2 Funds received from the Government of Nepal for climate change, funds received under bilateral or multilateral cooperation, funds received from domestic or foreign individuals, funds received from domestic or foreign organizations, funds established under the Convention on Climate Change or other funds established to support climate change. Funds received from any fund or program or money received from pollution fees or fines or money received from other sources.
