14. Risks
Climate change and its challenges are starting to appear in a sudden way and it is affecting livelihood resources in various sectors such as water resources, agriculture and food, forest and biological diversity, physical infrastructure, public health and tourism. The implementation of this policy in an integrated and coordinated manner may have the following risks.
Identification, program design and implementation of community climate adaptation and mitigation measures may not be prioritized at the national and local levels.
