(1) Government houses will be provided by the Government of Nepal for housing the officials of the constitutional bodies. If government house is not arranged or if you have to rent a house other than your own suitable house in Kathmandu Valley, the official of the constitutional body will be given the amount as determined by the government of Nepal for rent.
(2) The maintenance and repair of the government house which has been settled in accordance with sub-section (1) will be done by the Government of Nepal. (3) Officers of constitutional bodies living in private houses will be paid one thousand five hundred rupees per month for house maintenance and cleaning.
(4) The facility according to this section shall be given to the office bearers of constitutional bodies for seven days from the date of expiry of their term of office.
