Rule 133
Provisions related to leaving the area
Except those of the Legislature-Parliament or those who are engaged in government work or on leave, no employee shall leave Kathmandu Valley without the permission of the authority granting leave. But if there is an urgent need to leave, the employee should inform the leave granting officer as well as the reason for leaving.
