Article 139
High Court

(1) There shall be one High Court in each province.
(2) If the High Court obstructs the administration of justice by itself and its subordinate courts or judicial bodies, or disobeys an order or judgment, the High Court may prosecute and punish for contempt in accordance with federal law.
(3) In addition to the Chief Justice, each High Court shall have the number of judges as provided in the federal law.
