Article 67
Vice President

(1) There shall be a Vice President in Nepal.
(2) In the absence of the President, the tasks performed by the President shall be performed by the Vice President.
(3) If a person holding a political office for election, nomination or appointment is elected to the office of Vice President, such office shall automatically become vacant.
