Section 46
Obtaining a loan
The designated committee, organization or official shall prepare the loan principal, interest, oxen and agricultural implements as determined in accordance with section 45 and recover as much of the loan from the concerned farmers as specified. However, if there is an ongoing action against the creditor regarding the debt, no action will be taken to recover the amount due until the final decision is made.
