In addition to the other provisions and conditions set forth in the Act and this regulation, the agency shall follow the following conduct and conditions –
(a) List of arrivals and departures of Nepali or foreign passengers and crew and passengers who have been brought into Nepal by their vehicle or taken abroad from Nepal by a Nepali or foreign company or organization or driver operating an aircraft or vehicle or any similar vehicle that takes passengers from Nepal to abroad or brings them to Nepal It should be given to the office in advance.
(b) Foreigners who do not have a valid passport, who have been expelled or who have been barred from entry shall not be brought.
(c) If the person who is prohibited from entering is brought according to this regulation, the bringing party shall be responsible for bringing back the person at the time instructed by the department or office.
(d) Do not rent your hotel or house or provide any service to a foreigner who does not have a passport, visa or permit.
(e) The monthly salary of the foreigners staying with him or served by him should be given to the department within the first week of every other month. (f) Persons who have been expelled from other countries or denied entry and sent to the agency should be handed over to the immigration office along with relevant documents.
