Section 36
To confess

(1) Before any employee goes for study, training or study tour, after completing such study, training or study tour, he must also confess to serve as per section 35.
(2) The format of the confession to be made according to sub-rule (1) shall be prescribed.
(3) If any employee does not come to serve with or without completion of study, training or study tour, or if he does not complete the service period as per section 35, the salary and allowance received from such employee throughout the period of study, training or study tour, including tuition fees and scholarship amount. Departmental action will be taken against him after recovery.
