: Police personnel should not do the following without taking the prior approval of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) To participate in the establishment, registration or operation of any bank or company,
(b) To carry on any trade or business which is required to be registered in accordance with the prevailing law,
(c) To accept any kind of employment elsewhere.
