Rule 8
Vacancies
(1) Vacancies in the service shall be filled by promotion in accordance with this regulation. (2) The Center shall prepare a list of potential candidates for filling up the post through promotion and send it to the Promotion Committee.
(3) If there is no suitable candidate for promotion in the post that becomes vacant after promotion as per sub-rule (1), then such post shall be deemed to have been canceled automatically.
