Rule 135
Procedure for giving notice to employees

(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, the notice to be given to the employee in accordance with the Act and this regulation shall be registered at the department, committee or branch where he is posted or at the permanent address submitted by him and in the case of an employee on study leave, at the address of the university where he is studying, by post or by post. It can be given by telex or telefax or any other electronic means that can be recorded. If the notification is given in this way, the concerned employee will be considered to have received the notification.
(2) If the address initially submitted by the employee changes, he/she shall inform the Secretariat within 15 days of the date of change.
