Section 188
Not to be prosecuted
(1) According to this code, the decision made by the public prosecutor in good faith regarding a case, prosecution, argument and defense shall not be questioned and the case shall not be tried in any court.
(2) In connection with the investigation of cases related to offenses under Schedule-1 and Schedule-2, no action can be taken against the action taken by the investigating officer in good faith.
