(1) According to Section 15 of the Act, the work description as per Schedule-3 approved by the Committee shall be implemented by the Secretary General.
(2) The job description of the employees who are in place at the time of commencement of this regulation shall be implemented within six months from the commencement of this regulation.
(3) In the description of work according to sub-rule (1), the objective bases that can be evaluated should also be mentioned and the index base of each work should also be specified.
(4) Regarding whether or not the work description has been implemented, the committee may monitor and if it is not found to be implemented, it may instruct the relevant officials to implement it immediately. (5) The supervisor shall evaluate the performance of each employee based on the work progress of the index mentioned in the job description.
