: (1) To provide the maximum amount of petroleum from the contract area from a long-term point of view (to maximize the ultimate economic recovery of petroleum) and for the exploration and production of petroleum in an efficient and safe manner. Will conduct petroleum operations with diligence.
(2) The goods, equipment and facilities used in petroleum operations should be in accordance with the generally accepted engineering standards and should be kept in good working condition.
(3) When the contractor conducts petroleum work,
(a) Ensure that petroleum found and produced in the contract area is not wasted by leaking or otherwise.
(b) will protect the nearby petroleum, water-bearing formations and other natural resources from damage.
(c) Unwanted entry of water into petroleum-bearing soil should be prevented.
(d) All necessary preventive measures will be taken to prevent damage or pollution to the environment.
