The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Council shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement the decisions and instructions of the Assembly, (b) To prepare the University's annual program, budget, progress report, audit report and other proposals and submit them to the Assembly for approval,
(c) To operate, supervise and control the fund and movable and immovable property of the University (d) To sell and lease the movable and immovable property of the University under the policy direction of the Assembly,
(e) Coordinating, supervising and inspecting the programs run by the university and submitting the report to the Assembly,
(f) To prepare the draft of the rules related to the university and submit it to the assembly for approval (G) Appointing and promoting the teachers and employees required for the university as prescribed (h) Accepting donations, donations, financial and other support received by the university (i) determining student fees, and
(j) To perform other tasks as specified.
