The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Council shall be as follows:-

(a) To cause the decisions and instructions of the Assembly to be implemented.

( b) To follow the policies and instructions determined by the government of Nepal.

(c) To prepare the annual program, budget, progress statement, audit report and other proposals to be presented in the assembly.

( d) To receive donations and donations received by the university.

(e) To protect the funds and movable immovable property of the university and sell them according to the needs within the policy and instructions of the assembly.

(f) To operate the university. To monitor and inspect the work done and to submit the report to the Assembly.

(g) To prepare the draft of the regulations related to the University and submit it to the Assembly for approval.

(h) The University needs Appointing the employees. (i) Determining the service and conditions of the employees and submitting them to the assembly.
