Section 13A
Co-Chancellor:
1) The Minister of Education, Science and Technology or the Minister of State shall be the Co-Chancellor of the University.
(2) - In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the convocation ceremony.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor may inspect the University as required, and may give instructions in accordance with the law.
