: The program and budget submitted in accordance with clauses 13 and 14 shall be in accordance with the obligations of the contractor under clauses 10 and 17. If the details of the scheduled programs as per clauses 13 and 14 have to be changed due to new geological information or the development of modern exploration technology, the contractor may change the things deemed necessary with the approval of the department. However, such changes should not affect the main objective of the program and the contractor will not be released from the work obligations mentioned in section 10 under any circumstances except as per the provisions of this agreement.
