Rule 137A
Considered to lack functionality
(1) If a teacher passes less than fifty percent of the students in the subject taught by him for three consecutive academic sessions on the following basis, such teacher will be deemed to lack working capacity:- Class average pass percentage of the subject taught × 100 Average pass percentage of the geographical unit of the related subject Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-rule "Geographical unit" means the resource center of the respective school.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the average passing percentage of the geographical unit is less than forty, it shall be calculated on the basis of forty places.
