Section 16
Chancellor

(1) The Prime Minister shall be the Chancellor of the University.
(2) The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and the President of the Assembly. When he is present, he will take the seat of the president in the meeting of the assembly and in the convocation ceremony of the university.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor may inspect and give instructions on any subject or matter related to the University or the University.
