(1) A fund may be established for conservation, promotion, study and research of endangered wildlife or flora.
(2) The amount to be deposited in the fund as per sub-section (1), the operation and management of the fund and its internal control shall be as prescribed.
(3) The audit of the accounts of the fund as per sub-section (1) shall be done by the Auditor General.
