The Government of Nepal may, by giving the necessary facilities, give instructions to plant one or more wali of a specific or specific species on the land of an area by following the date and arrangement determined in the notification, and it shall be the duty of the respective landowners and Mohi to cultivate in accordance with such instructions.
(2) If someone does not cultivate in accordance with the instructions given under sub-section (1), by the order of the designated officer, if he is a landowner, his crop can be confiscated and if he is a farmer, he will be evicted from the land.
